Now and for generations to come.QuadReal: Excellence lives here.www.quadreal.comRole Description:Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician will oversee and initiate maintenance and general repairs for the entire property and fulfill the company's responsibilities to its residents at Gallagher Lake Resort.Responsibilities:Grounds maintenance and landscaping of the propertyRepairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipmentManaging and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systemsMaintaining all Health & Safety requirements of the Community and Community BuildingsEnsuring ongoing communication with your managerResponsible for maintenance and cleaning of work area, tools and equipment.Respond to requests from manager with courtesy and in a timely mannerInteract with community residents with patience and courtesyOperate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.Be prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required.Other duties as requiredExperience and Qualifications:Must have valid G-class driver’s license; Clean Driver’s Abstract requiredOn-call availability for sewer, water, and park emergenciesWater operator certification an assetAble to work weekends, days, nights and call-in during emergenciesThis job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.The expected hourly range for this role is $22 - $25.
