THE ROLE IN ONE LINE

You'll build and grow our Enterprise Solutions Engineering team: finding and hiring the best people, coaching the craft, and getting hands-on in the deals that matter most.

WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE DAY TO DAY

Our Solutions Engineers sit at the intersection of product, engineering and enterprise customers. They're the technical experts who lead evaluations, solve complex integration challenges and help some of the world's largest engineering organisations understand what's possible with incident.io http://incident.io. With the launch of AI Investigations, we're seeing even more demand for technically credible partners early in the buying journey, and we're looking for someone to build the team that supports that growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend part of your week hiring exceptional Solutions Engineers, coaching them through customer calls, reviewing demos, and helping them grow into stronger technical and commercial operators. You'll also stay close to the business itself, understanding where pipeline is building, making sure the team is focused on the right opportunities, and jumping into our largest enterprise deals when your experience can make the difference.
