The Marketing Manager plays a significant role in driving sales growth and achieving student recruitment targets in their region on behalf of La Trobe College Australia - working closely with colleagues based in college, partner university and across the Navitas network. This position will be responsible for on the ground sales activities relating to domestic student recruitment, including, but not limited to school visits, lead generation events, campaign management, student conversion and solving specific student or parent queries.Operationalize student recruitment plans in the relevant country/territory in collaboration with college based and in-market teams – focus on domestic (Australian) student recruitmentAttend events on behalf of the collegeParticipate in all sales activities including, but not limited to, training, events, student conversion, information sessions and managing enquiries/agent requestsRepresent the college at major domestic events including Open Day and other on campus and off campus eventsDeliver market insight and accurate sales forecasts through regular and detailed reports to the Director of Marketing and AdmissionsHandle student enquiries and manage leads.Ensure complete and accurate reporting of all activities on the CRMCreate marketing collateral for the college across the domestic marketImplement advertising campaigns relating to domestic recruitment Produce promotional content, including student videos, campus tours and other as requiredUndertake regular updates of the college website Essential qualifications for this role include: Bachelor’s degree in marketing Proven track record of strong sales performanceHigh level numeric literacy and critical thinkingHigh level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsProven ability as a team playerAbility to demonstrate innovative thinkingAn eye for developing new recruitment initiativesAbility to take responsibility for decisions and outcomesFlexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities locallyAbility to meet targets within defined timelines among changing prioritiesTo be successful in this role, it is desirable to posess the following:Success in a sales role within the Higher Education sectorExperience in marketing and/or advertisingProven ability to monitor and evaluate...
