Responsibilities: Monitor and observe clients throughout the treatment day to support safety, engagement, and therapeutic structure within the milieu environment.   Facilitate and/or assist with didactic, psychoeducational, experiential, and multimodal group sessions as assigned.   Supervise client breaks, activities, transportation, and other program-related functions as assigned.   Establish and maintain professional rapport and healthy boundaries with clients, families, referral sources, and team members.   Assist with collection, monitoring, and documentation of urine screenings and other program-related monitoring activities as assigned.   Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant client documentation, reports, chart reviews, and clerical support activities as required.   Demonstrate culturally responsive and trauma-informed approaches when interacting with clients and families.   Assist with transportation services and maintain compliance with organizational driver safety requirements if assi...
