Using the nursing process, you will assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while proactively anticipating patient needs. Serving as the primary clinical contact, you will provide support, education, and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring they feel confident and informed. In this role, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary and multi-site care, facilitate seamless communication among providers, and organize all necessary education and training for the care team. You will also be responsible for promoting an exceptional patient experience by delivering excellent customer service, managing concerns in a timely manner, and ensuring adherence to treatment plans through ongoing contact between visits. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in oncology nursing, medical-surgical nursing, or critical care; or2. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time medical-surgical experience in an acute care setting; or3. Associate’s degree in Nursing and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in oncology nursing, medical-surgical nursing, or critical care; or4. Associate’s degree in Nursing and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time medical-surgical experience in an acute care setting.NOTES:1.
