High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time direct patient experience; or2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a healthcare setting; or3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time face-to-face customer service experience; or4.
