Come build the future of pharmacy with us.Job Posting TitleOncology Product Director- REMOTEJob DescriptionThe Product Director is accountable for developing and executing initiatives on Prime's product roadmap across the Commercial and Government Programs strategic business units. This position will be responsible for building a deep understanding of market problems facing Prime's clients, cross-functionally leading the development and management of highly complex products and initiatives, and proving the value of those products to the market. In addition, this position will work collaboratively with leaders and product owners in other departments to develop product standards, moving from ideation to execution.ResponsibilitiesProvide end to end oversight and management of multiple concurrent, highly complex product initiativesCollaborate with functional areas and strategic business unit leaders on new product ideationLead concept ideation, design, early state feasibility assessment and financial analysisConduct market assessments as neededDevelop pricing strategy and drive through pricing committeeDevelop client or employer value story and product launch plan in concert with B2B marketing teamDevelop materials for and present individual product initiatives to senior management, including driving projects through stage gate approvalDevelop and present product training materials to client engagement and present initiatives / potential pilots to clientsPartner with Marketing to create and maintain informative and compelling product collateralOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required7 years of related business experience with at least 5 years in product developmentOncology Product experience requiredMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsAbility to work autonomously in a self-directed environment and function in environment of ambiguityAbility to work well across cross-functional teams including clinical, network management, operations, specialty, client engagement, market segment services and PMO teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of the product development process from ideation through executionExcellent project management skills with the proven ability to lead and provide oversightCritical thinking skills; able to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutionsStrong organizational skills and drive to generate resultsProficient in the Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsMaster's degree or other advanced degree3 years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experi...
