Painter (Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:Able to apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, putty etc. to property walls, ceilings, and furniture.Able to work on gypsum board (cutting, new installation)Able to effectively use brushes, spray guns, or rollers.Responsible for maintaining property colour scheme specifications.Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats.Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or using water and/or abrasive blasting.Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and post appropriate paint signs.Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas.Use proper equipment, wear appropriate personal protective clothing (PPE), and employ correct lifting procedures, as necessary, to avoid injury.Coordinate with the vendor to modify the colours of paint, stain, or varnish.Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks.Report work-related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required. Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary package - AED 2,200Service Charge Average - AED 700Accommodation and transportation provided (Al Khail Gate)Duty meals providedMedical insurance providedAnnual leave and biennial flight ticket as per company policyCareer growth opportunities within the organization Requirements:Experience as a painterMinimum 2 years' experience in UAE in Hospitality industry Hands-on approach with a can-do work styleAbility to find solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assignedPersonal integrity Why Join Radisson Hotel Group? Live the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
