This position does not supervise.Working conditions as follows:Work schedule may require early morning, late evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and on-call shifts.Often works under the following conditions: Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to physical, ergonomic, or hazardous environment, which includes but not limited to dirt, grime, chemical, loud noise, and unfavorable odors.Duties and Responsibilities:Purchases, receives, and distributes products through Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and adheres to department reporting protocols for estimates, billing, and documentation purposes. Implements stock rotation strategies to prevent item expiration and deterioration. Conducts daily inventory audits and ensures inventory items are updated with accurate descriptions, part numbers, and pricing. Utilizes external vendor webpages to research special order and stock items and collaborates with vendors daily to obtain items.Receives stock and non-stock special-order parts and supplies, utilizing a forklift and other applicable equipment as required to load or unload items. Distributes parts and supplies to internal customers and provides emergency delivery service as requested.Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers and vendors when receiving, ordering, and distributing parts and supplies; Provides resources and information as requested.
