Pediatric Physical Therapist- $500 Bonus, EI/Preschool

Physical Therapist  *$500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment with active cases-10hr weekly minimum*   Details about this opportunity:  Location: Garden City Facility and/or surrounding Preschools and homecare Status: Fee for Service or Full-Time Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8a-6p, Friday: 8a-4p (flexible scheduling for FFS) Compensation:  Fee for Service rates: EI: $64-$75/ hour Preschool: $70/ hour *Full-Time salary also avaialble*   **Please note this is a range.
