ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Social Media Ads) to lead and scale our paid social advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will own social ads execution across multiple brands and platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and X; train and develop acquisition managers, set account standards, improve performance, and protect account health across a large multi-brand setup.
You will be responsible for scaling spend profitably across all of these platforms and for evaluating and onboarding new social ad platforms as they emerge. You will conduct regular account audits, identify missed opportunities, and make sure every brand is using each social channel to its full potential.
This is not a reporting-only leadership role. You need to stay close to the accounts, understand the details, and be able to challenge strategy, structure, bidding, compliance, measurement, and execution yourself.
We also work AI-first. You will own the social acquisition knowledge base inside Claude, including playbooks, audit frameworks, prompts, automations, QA checklists, and repeatable workflows that help the team operate faster and better.
