ABOUT THE ROLE

Seamless product adoption is the core of the value we provide. In this role, you would be responsible for deeply understanding customer needs and tailoring customized solutions. This often means developing custom services and integrations to connect Rossum with various global customer systems.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will be a critical contributor to our integration efforts, helping customers transform their workflows through intelligent automation. You will:

Key responsibilities include:

- Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable technical backlogs for our development teams.

- Architect optimal designs for custom services and integrations that ensure seamless product adoption.

- Contextualize technical decisions by their business impact, ensuring we solve the right problems for our clients.

- Identify security risks and ensure all designs adhere to best security practices throughout the delivery process.

- Partner across departments and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on solutions and their impact.

- Develop and scale our solution architecture capabilities to support increasingly complex client integrations.
