Software Engineer (Associate Solution Architect)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our customer-focused development team. At Rossum, we're revolutionizing data automation with cutting-edge AI technology, using AI agents that read documents, capture and validate data, and streamline workflows. You'll be instrumental in implementing and designing powerful integrations and creating solutions that truly add value for our customers. Your work will directly influence the stability, performance, and seamless functionality of customer solutions and their experience with our platform. You'll also enable internal teams and partners to use the platform more effectively through the development of various tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

YOU'LL HELP US WITH THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS AND CHALLENGES:

- How can we build and maintain robust integrations that seamlessly connect our AI agents with diverse external systems like ERPs and CRMs?

- What are the most effective ways to leverage REST APIs, AWS Lambdas, and various databases to create highly reliable and efficient customer solutions?

- How can we ensure the solutions we build are not only performant and stable, but also empower internal teams and partners to use our platform more effectively?

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Creating Impact: Building and maintaining solutions that connect systems, delight customers, and drive tangible results.

- Collaborating: Working closely with solution architects to design solutions that align with customer needs and system architecture.

- Owning Your Work: Taking responsibility for the maintenance and support of the code you build, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

- Ensuring lifecycle ownership: Confidently handling monitoring, CI/CD, issue resolution, and automated testing for your solutions.
