Process Engineer (Outdoor)
About the Role
Carrier is seeking a Process Engineer (Outdoor) to support Outdoor Unit (ODU) manufacturing operations. This role focuses on process improvement, productivity enhancement, quality support, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient production performance.
Key Responsibilities
•
Support and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
•
Analyze manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities
•
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
•
Support new product introduction (NPI) and process implementation
•
Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications
•
Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects
•
Follow safety regulations and manufacturing procedures
Qualifications
•
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
•
0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering; fresh graduates are welcome
•
Knowledge of HVAC or air conditioning manufacturing is an advantage
•
Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•
Good communication and teamwork skills
•
Good command of English
•
Able to work rotating shifts (Day/Night)
