About the Role
As a Product Growth Manager / Senior Product Growth Manager for Physical AI, you will be the primary interface between Dexterity and a portfolio of customers. Product Growth at Dexterity combines product management, strategic customer success, commercial execution, and customer adoption to maximize customer value and accelerate product evolution. You will help customers adopt Dexterity's robotics solutions successfully, grow the account footprint, support commercial negotiations, and translate customer needs into clear inputs for the product roadmap.
This role is product growth at its core. You will manage customer operating rhythms, coordinate with senior stakeholders, negotiate off-road map tasks, and ensure customers have a trusted advisor.
