- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution in alignment with company goals
- Build and lead high-performing product management teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and executive teams to deliver aligned outcomes
- Deeply understand customer needs and translate insights into transformative products
- Foster cultures of psychological safety, creativity, and experimentation
- Integrate inner work values such as presence, awareness, and intentionality into team practices
- Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

- 6+ years in product leadership roles (e.g., Director of Product, VP Product, CPO)
