We are the Hexagate team at Chainalysis in Tel Aviv! We build cybersecurity products that protect on-chain and web3 assets. We sit at the intersection of cybersecurity and blockchains - one of the most adversarial and fast-moving environments in tech, where attacks are constant and response time matters. Our real-time on-chain detection and response platform combines ML-driven threat intelligence, custom detections, and an LLM-powered rules engine - and it's critical infrastructure that some of the largest exchanges, banks, and institutions run in production to protect their assets. The team is part of Chainalysis, the leading on-chain data platform used by enterprises and public-sector teams worldwide.

We're a small, senior team where everyone owns real outcomes - and we're at an inflection point: the product is deep and battle-tested, the market is still being defined, and there's an unusual amount to own and shape.

In this role, you will:

- The product end to end - strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution - with real decision-making authority, not just backlog management.

- The hard product problems: real-time monitoring across many chains, opinionated detection customers can trust, and turning our agent/LLM capabilities into a product that configures and calibrates security for the user.

- The customer relationship -you'll spend a lot of time with enterprise users, including the biggest names in crypto and TradFi, shaping the product with them.

- The prioritization calls, and keeping engineering, research, and GTM pointed at the same outcomes.

What we’re looking for

- A PM who has owned a technical or infrastructure product end to end and can go deep with engineers.

- Real fluency in web3 / on-chain - smart contracts, wallets, exchanges, and how on-chain attacks actually work.

- Real grounding in cybersecurity products (detection and response, monitoring, threat intelligence) and how security teams buy and operate.

- Able to handle...
