The role leads coordination between Production, Operations, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Security, Partners, and suppliers, ensuring a safe, efficient operation and a high-quality experience for attendees throughout the Load-In, Event Operations, and Load-Out phases. You will:  Plan, coordinate, and oversee all operations within La Plaza during the setup, event, and dismantling phases. Act as the primary operational point of contact between the various operational teams, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the management of La Plaza. Coordinate the setup, operation, and dismantling of infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the agreed planning, quality, and safety standards. Oversee the operation of food & beverage outlets, entertainment areas, public seating and relaxation spaces, and guest services, ensuring they operate efficiently throughout the event. Coordinate the entertainment programme and stage operations in collaboration with the Production and Stage Management teams. Monitor crowd flows, queue management systems, and occupancy levels, working closely with the Security, Safety, Access Control, and Operations teams to ensure safe and efficient circulation. Lead the operational team assigned to La Plaza, coordinating supervisors, production assistants, runners, and temporary staff. Manage operational incidents, taking ownership of decision-making within the area and escalating issues that may impact the delivery of the event.
