Job Description: The Quality Technician provides hands-on quality support to manufacturing operations by ensuring products and processes meet design, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role performs inspections, audits, testing, and measurement activities to verify compliance, identify nonconforming material, and support corrective action and continuous improvement efforts. Working closely with production and engineering, the technician helps improve process capability, reduce risk, and maintain consistent manufacturing quality.Pay: Starting at $201st Shift: 7:00AM-5:30PM Mon.-Thur. with occasional Friday'sLocation: Fayetteville, TN Plant 6THE DAY TO DAY…Perform several daily Process Audits to ensure all processes are being followed per Ariens standards.Complete Product Audits to ensure all products are being manufactured per design intent. Carry out problem solving efforts, using 8D’s and A3’s daily.Eliminate waste in all processes using Lean Manufacturing Tools and Techniques.Execute “Floor Support” by supporting Manufacturing and removing the hurdles that negatively affect production.Inspect components, using an array of equipment, to print and/or CAD specifications.Learn Ariens standards and OPE industry standards and apply them in this role.Teach other employees Quality processes and methods. Identify and process non-conforming material. Drive action based on the regular review of data and metrics.Reduce risk using Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) tools.Raise awareness by posting Quality Alerts.Communicate process capability using Statistical Process Control (SPC).Ensure AriensCo suppliers are compliant by verifying PPAP submissions and/or auditing their parts within incoming inspection.THE QUALIFICATIONS…Quality Technician or Manufacturing Engineering Technician Certificate or Diploma from c...
