You'll work closely with operators, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure sites remain compliant, operational, and ready for growth.What You'll DoCoordinate Retail Operations & Site ProjectsManage multiple operational projects across a portfolio of fuel and convenience retail locationsSupport store onboarding, site transitions, and retail expansion initiativesCoordinate project timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and follow-up activitiesDrive accountability across internal and external partners to keep projects moving forwardManage Tank Monitoring ProgramsCoordinate tank-monitoring activities across the retail portfolioWork with tank-monitoring vendors and service providers to resolve issuesSupport monitoring system implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenanceTrack open issues and ensure timely resolutionLead Maintenance & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate repair and maintenance activities across multiple locationsDispatch and manage vendors, contractors, and service providersMonitor work orders, project status, and vendor performanceReview invoices, scopes of work, and project completion documentationSupport Fuel Compliance & Regulatory ActivitiesCoordinate inspections, reporting, and follow-up actionsWork with regulatory agencies, inspectors, and internal compliance teamsSupport fuel system, environmental, and operational compliance requirementsMaintain documentation and reporting related to compliance activitiesPartner Across the BusinessCollaborate with Retail Operations, Compliance, Finance, Supply, Construction, and vendor partnersSupport implementation of new systems, processes, and operational initiativesHelp create consist...
