WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Generate Leads. You’ll build prospect lists, learn how to research accounts, cold call and warm call, craft personalized email outreach, leverage LinkedIn, and use AI to prospect at scale. You'll generate leads through:

- Highly targeted outbound prospecting

- Nurturing and converting inbound leads.

- Lead introductory calls and master the art of discovery. You'll learn to identify prospect pain points and articulate Klue's value in real conversations, building this crucial sales skill through hands-on experience.

- Have the autonomy to work on projects beyond your role. From evaluating leading edge sales technology, to improving existing processes, or learning how to interview other SDRs your impact goes beyond just prospecting.

WHAT YOU BRING

- You have proven sales experience. It doesn’t have to be in SaaS, but you’ve consistently met and exceeded targets in your industry, demonstrating steady growth and leadership in your sales career.

- You are relentless, and have a history of achieving. You don’t stop when you face adversity and have a proven record of growing and developing whatever you dedicate yourself to.

- You’re self driven. No one has to tell you to be hungry to achieve. We’ll help point you in the right direction but it’s on you to push to get there and that comes naturally.

- You are curious and keen to learn. You’ll keep digging until you find the answer and when you do you’ll question it in case you can improve what you dig up.

- You’re a tech-savvy early adopter. You’re willing to get uncomfortable testing new things in the pursuit of maximizing your outcomes. You’re also the...
