If you have passion about leading financial operations and fostering a collaborative team culture, take this opportunity to advance your career!Responsibilities:Lead a small team to manage month-end, interim, and year-end closings for management companies and properties, including journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliationsPrepare monthly sub-consolidation, management reports and variance analysis on time with accuracyPrepare sub-consolidation schedules for Group’s annual audit and interim reviewAssist business units and Group in preparing the annual budgetLiaise with external auditors and company secretaries to prepare for annual audits, tax schedules and other supplementary documentsEnsure all financial reporting is accurate, timely and in compliance with company policies, applicable statutory and tax reporting requirementsWork with the IT team and system service providers to troubleshoot system issues and conduct testingSupport and guide finance team members in using financial systems and preparing reportsPerform any ad hoc assignment as assigned by the supervisorRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration Member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or related professional qualifications is an advantageMinimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 1-2 years in supervisory roleExperience in system enhancement and with knowledge in D365 and Oracle system is preferredSkilled in using MS Excel; knowledge of Excel Macro/VBA is a plusGood commend of Cantonese and EnglishAble to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines under pressureStrong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staffWe are excited to find a new team member who will contribute to our finance team!
