We are hiring a Senior Manager - Information Technology to drive our digital transformation and enhance business processes with innovative AI solutions. ResponsibilitiesProvide the overall technology vision, supporting process redesign initiatives aligned with Group’s digital transformation strategy, including AI adoptionServe as a strategic business partner, collaborating with senior executives and key stakeholders to identify business process improvement, validate requirements, and drive AI adoption across teams/Business UnitsResearch, evaluate, and champion innovative technologies and initiatives, including chatbots, knowledge management solutions, AI Agent, agentic processes and system integrationCollaborate closely with IT infrastructure and security teams to define technical requirements and develop solution architectures, where applicableLead the design and governance of system architecture blueprint, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and industry best practices RequirementsMinimum of 10-15 years' relevant experience in business system and digital transformation, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership or management roleBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineSolid business acumen with hands-on experience in delivering AI projects on enterprise platforms (e.g. AWS, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Microsoft, Google, Feishu)Proven experience in enterprise-grade systems, including real estate management systems and/or ERP systems, with a strong track record in data transformation and system integration projectsStrong negotiation, consensus-building, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to engage with internal customers, senior executives, and technical teamsExcellent interpersonal skills with fluent verbal and written communication in both English and ChineseIf you're enthusiastic about leading strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, we would love to discuss your potential contributions!We provide market-competitive packages and fringe benefits to our...
