As a Senior Analyst/Associate, Private Fund Secondaries at Hiive, you'll help build our team focused on liquidity and capital-raising solutions for GPs and LPs in the venture capital ecosystem. You'll work closely with the Head of Private Fund Secondaries to build relationships with fund ecosystem stakeholders, diligence fund structures, source potential buyers, facilitate secondary transfers, and prepare materials to pitch Hiive's offering to GPs and external partners. This is a chance to be one of the first team members in one of Hiive's fastest-growing segments and sit at the centre of the VC fund ecosystem.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- Supporting senior team members in building relationships with the key stakeholders in a fund's lifecycle: the fund manager (GP), the investor (LP), and external partners, including fund administrators and alternative investment platforms.

- Prospecting net new GPs and LPs to Hiive by conducting a high volume of outbound email and cold calling.

- Owning the fund secondary transfer process from start to finish to generate liquidity for LPs and GPs, including fund diligence, sourcing potential buyers, and executing the transfer.
