ABOUT THE ROLE: Join us as a Senior Analyst, Revenue Analytics, where you will play a key role in improving revenue performance through data-driven insights, forecasting, and scalable reporting. You will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to identify performance drivers, uncover growth opportunities, and support both near-term execution and long-term planning. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who is comfortable working with complex data, solving ambiguous business problems, and translating analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Senior Analyst on the Revenue Analytics team, you will: Improve Sales Productivity and Performance: Analyze sales performance across teams, business lines, customer segments, and channels to identify opportunities to improve productivity, conversion, and revenue outcomes. Own Revenue Analytics and Reporting: Develop and continuously improve dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting that help leaders understand performance, trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop Forecasting and Planning Models: Build forecasting and scenario models for new and repeat business, pipeline, sales productivity, and quota attainment to support proactive decision-making and performance management. Generate and Communicate Insights: Design and execute in-depth analyses to uncover the drivers of revenue performance and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
