This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Support the execution of the growth strategy for the UK practice, contributing to client engagements and supporting new business initiativesAssist in business development activities, including preparing materials and supporting proposalsSupport the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clientsConduct functional analysis interviews and support the preparation of high-quality TP deliverables and documentation (Local Files, Master Files, etc.) in line with UK legislation and OECD guidelinesSupport cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarkingPerform economic analysis and benchmarking using industry-standard TP databasesSupport day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communicationDraft technical reports and documentation with strong attention to detailEducation and Experience:ACA-qualified or working towards an equivalent professional certificationGood understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD principlesExposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageousExperience using transfer pricing databases to support benchmarking and analysisAbout YouAble to translate technical tax concepts into clear and practical outputs with guidanceStrong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and structured reportsCollaborative and proactive, with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates ownership of workstreams while seeking guidance where appropriateWhy JoinThis is not a “business as usual” role.
