Thank you for considering Progyny!We are seeking a Senior Director of Healthcare Contracting to lead and scale our end-to-end contracting function across client, provider, channel partner, and vendor agreements. This role will be responsible for establishing operational excellence, driving consistency and quality in contract execution, and ensuring a seamless experience for internal stakeholders. The Senior Director will lead a team of contracting professionals responsible for contract review within their areas of expertise, while directly overseeing complex agreements, contracting processes, and governance. This individual will serve as the central point of accountability for contracting operations and as a key partner to cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Business Development, Network Management, Finance, and Operations.
