You will be responsible for managing administrative processes, implementing and improving operational policies and procedures and coordinating activities across various departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of insurance brokerage operations. The Senior Executive, Insurance Operations will be responsible for: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the brokerage firm, ensuring seamless execution across all operational functions Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance Conduct regular operational gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to address them Perform preliminary product line analysis to evaluate market relevance and profitability, translating findings into actionable operational and business strategies Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide operational guidance, resolve issues, and support cross-functional initiatives Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners, insurers, and vendors to ensure smooth and compliant operations ...
