You will have: A front row seat on key Agoda strategic initiatives Opportunity to drive implementation of those key initiatives with a Finance lens Partner with possibly the most diverse set of stakeholders of any department (IT, Product, Legal, Business teams, Marketing, Customer Services and more) Leverage your organizational skills combined with subject matter expertise to make an impact Drive Process Integration and automation: Lead initiatives to streamline and integrate financial processes across teams, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals. Successful candidates tend to have strong presence, possess some sort of Finance expertise, are articulate, self-starters who are comfortable working in environments defined by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
