You will be part of a fast-paced diverse environment as a member of a high-performing team that works together to energize and inspire each other by challenging the status quo’ Vibrant inclusive culture of mutual respect and fun through both work and play   Engagement Manager, CPG and Manufacturing – Business Consulting & Solutions Group (BC&S, India)  Roles and Responsibilities: Own and drive execution of the business–analytics roadmap for key CPG / Consumer clients by demonstrating strong techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management, in close collaboration with data science and engineering teams. Lead client workshops where broad vision and ambiguous business problems are translated into concrete data, analytics, and AI use cases. Define business problems concisely, synthesize findings, hypothesize solution options, and measure and articulate how solutions improve client objectives (revenue, cost, working capital, service, risk). Independently liaise with senior client stakeholders (including CxO / functional leaders), convincingly present solution approaches, and constructively question or challenge the client where required. Lead solutioning and presales for your accounts shaping problem statements, approaches, SoWs, proposals, and demo storylines. Perform a role that combines hands-on contribution, client engagement, and team management across multiple parallel initiatives. Manage cross-functional teams (DE, DS, BI) for high-quality delivery: planning sprints, tracking progress, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
