Your Role at impact.com: The Senior Manager, Finance Operations and Data will oversee the end-to-end transactional finance operational lifecycle, encompassing the Billings, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Finance Data Operations teams. Providing leadership, structure, and consistency, this role ensures accurate, timely, and optimized financial operations. This position is accountable for aligning and optimizing processes, driving process optimization and automation with AI integration, fostering team development, and driving operational excellence to support healthy working capital management. What You'll Do: Fully own the accounting and financial reporting for the Company's equity and stock-based compensation, including liability-classified securities. Provide team leads and managers with guidance on escalations, process improvements, and the implementation of uniform and complete financial procedures. Drive daily operations across Billings, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Finance Data Operations.
