ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own how merchants get onboarded, configured, and live on Tabs — and the internal tools that make it happen.

Every merchant’s path to value runs through this domain. You'll own the products that take a company from signed deal to fully operational: onboarding workflows, platform configuration, and migrations off legacy billing systems. You'll also own the internal tooling that powers our Solutions, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support teams — the people working alongside merchants every day.

Today, getting a merchant live on Tabs involves real expertise and hands-on work from our internal teams. Your job is to turn that expertise into product: making workflows more self-serviceable, automating the repetitive, and building tools that let a growing customer base onboard without a linearly growing ops team.
