Location: Latam (Remote) About the Role As a Project Manager with a Creative Producer focus, you’ll lead multidisciplinary initiatives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling—partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to turn bold ideas into world-class outcomes on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Production: Own production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem. Creative Roadmap Execution: Translate ambitious creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving original creative intent. Scope & Resource Management: Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, tech, and account teams. Stakeholder Alignment: Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, energized, and focused. Risk Mitigation: Anticipate risks and blockers, resolving issues proactively with diplomacy, creativity, and speed. Vendor & Partner Management: Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth collaboration. Documentation & Optimization: Maintain transparent documentation (timelines, status updates, budgets, and learnings) and advocate for process improvements that support creative flow.
