The Opportunity at Komodo Health The Engineering and Product Operations team is the execution engine for Komodo's Technology and Product organization. We drive cross-functional execution across Product and Engineering, run planning across the org, and own the release and quality foundation that scales as Komodo grows. This Senior TPM owns programs that span multiple teams and directly shape how and when new capabilities reach customers, with particular depth on the data platform that the entire product portfolio is built on, so the programs you run set the pace for everything downstream. You will lead initiatives end-to-end, run planning across the organization, and own release gating, partnering closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and platform teams. Your impact will be felt across every milestone Komodo ships. Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished… Led 2+ major programs end-to-end, on time, with clear milestones, exec-level visibility, and measurable outcomes. Delivered a major data platform initiative (new datasets, pipeline transformations, agentic delivery or data services) end-to-end, from planning through customer and downstream availability. Owned org-level planning cycles, turning strategy into sequenced, resourced roadmaps across teams. Established release gates and quality checkpoints that improved delivery reliability across the data platform. Earned trust as a strategic thought partner to Engineering Leads, PMs, and senior leadership. Reduced execution entropy by proactively resolving cross-team dependencies and blockers.
