What We Need We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager for Game Security to lead and drive critical initiatives aimed at protecting our games, platforms, and players from security threats. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in program management principles (PMP-aligned) and a strong understanding of the unique security challenges within the gaming industry. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage complex, cross-functional programs from inception through delivery and ongoing operations. Key Responsibilities Program and Project Management Lead Security Initiatives: Own the end-to-end lifecycle for complex, multi-faceted security programs and projects, ensuring they align with our overall business and security strategy. Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Track progress against milestones, manage dependencies, risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Program Management Fundamentals: As part of our Program Management Office (PMO) apply best practices aligned with our ways of working in project management, including scope definition, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource leveling, and critical path analysis, to ensure robust and predictable delivery. Operations and Continuous Improvement Security Operations Oversight: Partner with security engineers and analysts to define and improve operational processes for anti-tox, anti-cheat, anti-piracy, pre-release protection and build reviews. Metrics and Reporting: Drive consistency and predictability in planning and delivery, using objective metrics to measure the effectiveness of security programs and operations.
