Working as part of our Logistics team, you will be a vital contributor to operational excellence by maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating transportation activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. You will collaborate closely with warehouse, operations, customer service, production, and transportation teams to help drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support Arxada's commitment to excellence. The expected salary range for this role is 46k-53k base salary but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.Essential Job FunctionsCoordinate and schedule shipments to customers, distribution centers, and warehouses while ensuring regulatory compliance. Verify order accuracy and proactively resolve shipping, inventory, and logistics issues with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate inventory records through shipment verification and cycle count activities. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to support operational accuracy and continuous improvement. Process stock transfers and coordinate shipments to external warehouse locations. Collaborate across warehouse, operations, and logistics teams to improve shipment quality and timeliness.
