Documentation, Data Maintenance and System Operation 문서 작업, 데이터 유지보수 및 시스템 운영 Assist in completing full-process recording and data entry of daily order processing and transportation activities to ensure accurate and traceable logistics data. 일상 주문 처리, 운송 활동의 전 과정 기록 및 데이터 입력을 완료하는 것을 지원하여 물류 데이터가 정확하고 추적 가능하도록 보장합니다. Regularly maintain basic data of the logistics system, and cooperate with the team to complete inventory counting and data verification. 물류 시스템의 기초 데이터를 정기적으로 유지보수하고, 팀과 협력하여 재고 실사 및 데이터 대조 작업을 완료합니다. Coordination and Communication 조정 및 커뮤니케이션 Assist in connecting with internal teams such as procurement, warehousing and sales, synchronize logistics progress, and ensure the consistency between logistics process and inventory plan. 구매, 창고 관리, 영업 등 내부 팀과의 연락을 지원하고 물류 진행 상황을 동기화하여 물류 절차와 재고 계획이 일치하게 진행되도록 보장합니다.
