Software Engineer

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

 

As a Software Engineer, you will help build and evolve the platform while delivering meaningful customer-facing features. This is a hands-on role focused on shipping high-quality production code, improving system reliability, and contributing to the modernization of established legacy systems.

A critical focus of this position is working with .NET/C# legacy systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable maintaining and extending older, established codebases while balancing development speed, code quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

- 3–6 years of software engineering experience.

- Experience building and shipping production systems.

- Hands-on experience maintaining and extending established .NET/C# legacy systems.

- Experience working with SQL Server as a primary database.

- Experience developing and supporting customer-facing software features.

- Experience debugging production systems and resolving technical issues.

SKILLS

- Demonstrates strong .NET and C# development capabilities, particularly when maintaining, debugging, and extending older, established codebases.

- Has strong SQL Server experience and can work effectively with the database within production software environments.

- Demonstrates strong debugging and problem-solving abilities when working with legacy systems and production issues.

- Can build production-quality software across frontend and backend systems while balancing speed, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
