Note: Please include an English version of your resume with your application Get to know the role Job Title: TCG Sales Manager - Bilingual (Spanish/English) Job Summary: Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt People Manager: No What you’ll do Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. Direct customer engagement to obtain design wins. Manage critical high visibility customer accounts. Build customer relationships at both working and senior management levels. Discover, assess, and develop opportunities. Create account and strategy plans mapping key decision-makers in customer organizations. Develop customer-specific design win and revenue forecasts and goals. Provide first-line customer contact for any customer business issues. Provide key information on customer requirements and timelines as well as information on competitor status to the rest of the business. Drive customer contract negotiations. Provide input based on customer feedback and insights to help develop revenue and market forecasts. Participate and provide input into customer marketing communications activities demos and other events. What you’ll bring Eight (8) to eleven (11) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise. Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience. A true "customer-first" mentality. Proven listening skills necessary to elicit and internalize customer feedback, needs, and motivations. Advanced communication skills; clearly and concisely communicate complex issues and technologies. A strong technical awareness necessary to understand customer technical requirements and distill into key takeaways.
