Providing comprehensive specialist care, from cardiology to ophthalmology, we offer a wide range of diagnostic services to ensure peace of mind and the best possible care.What will your duties include:Take responsibility for individualised patient care as appropriate, working closely with all Caregivers.Document concise, accurate non-contemporaneous records, ensuring they are clearly written, dated and timed, and do not include unnecessary abbreviations, jargon or speculation.Facilitate patient flow, communication and problem solving to ensure the efficient running of the Outpatient department.Prioritise tasks effectively, including the workload of others where required, such as learners and Healthcare Assistants.Carrying out nursing care to the highest possible standard according to CCL Policy and Clinical Guidelines, in line with NMC requirement.
