Per Scholas preferred hires reside within the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MA, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, WADEPARTMENT: Curriculum Solutions POSITION TITLE: Technical Curriculum Developer (ERP and CRM) REPORTS TO: Director, Instructional Design & Development DURATION: Part-Time Contract Role COMPENSATION: $55/hour WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a technically minded Technical Curriculum Developer to support the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of scalable training solutions for skilled trades learners in ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) technologies. This role is ideal for a technical translator - someone with the rare ability to break down these complex software systems and transform them into structured, high-quality learning experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Salesforce Administration and is equally comfortable navigating ERP platforms such as SAP. You are not just a writer - you are a builder. You understand how business processes and enterprise systems work together, and you can translate that understanding into practical, effective training that helps learners confidently use, support, and maintain these systems. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Curriculum Design Assume primary responsibility for the analysis and design phase of new curricula in the subject domain. Make telephone calls, virtual meetings or in person meetings with prospective clients. Conduct planning and research using a variety of database, internet, and industry tools, demonstrating clear understanding of client stakeholders requirements, and matching to the proposed solution Provide technical presentations and demonstrations detailing how Per Scholas solutions will solve the client's challenges and meet their needs.
