Technical Project Manager IV itD is seeking a Technical Project Manager IV to lead cross-functional project execution and roadmap delivery supporting Company's Marketing Technology organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical project management, Agile/Scrum delivery, stakeholder management, and roadmap execution, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in fast-paced environments.   Location: Remote (Preferred: Bay Area, CA) Pay Rate: Depending on experience. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for strategic marketing technology initiatives. Drive roadmap operationalization by translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans and execution milestones. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, project reviews, and cross-functional program meetings. Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Decision Scientists, Business Analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain project plans, status reports, documentation, and communication materials to ensure transparency across teams. Monitor project progress, manage changing priorities, and adjust execution plans to support evolving business needs. Foster alignment across geographically distributed teams while ensuring consistent communication and execution. Support the delivery of centralized reporting initiatives that improve marketing performance, brand sentiment, and business outcomes across Company's family of products. Internal Responsibilities Attend regular internal practice community meetings. Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or related roles. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies. Experience managing complex cross-functional technical projects from initiation through delivery. Proven experience with roadmap planning, operationalization, and execution. Strong experience managing project risks, blockers, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
