Your responsibilities:Lead and develop NPD projects in EMEA in accordance with our development process on all technical aspects for design and developmentResponsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelinesLead tradeoff discussions and conversations around risk management with cross-functional teamsDrive design of project to meet market driven design guides and fulfill cost, timing, reliability, and manufacturing requirementsAnalyze, evaluate and select from design execution alternatives to best meet specification objectives and implement designs into mass productionAccountable for technical elements of project execution including integration of complicated components and assemblies, material selection, packaging and safety, regulatory and standards complianceConduct design and safety reviews as needed to gain necessary approvals for product development phase progressionsSchedules, develops agendas, facilitates and documents project meetings, tracks project schedules to ensure adherence to timelinesRegularly makes presentations of project statusYour profile:Bachelor's degree or further technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldRelevant experience in project management and product developmentUnderstanding of technical processes in engineering like product development and technical documentationIdeally relevant professional practice in safety footwear industryGood command of English language, another European language is an advantageAdvanced knowledge in MS Office applicationExtensive Knowledge in CAD systemsWillingness to travel as required for business (approx. 30 %)#Milwaukee-EMEA#TTI-EMEA#LI-AC1At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
