The Opportunity
Tennis Instructor (Part-Time)
What You'll Do
The Tennis Instructor supports the Head Racquets Professional in delivering exceptional tennis programs by leading private lessons, clinics, and group activities for guests of all ages and skill levels.
This role plays a key part in creating engaging, high-quality experiences that reflect the highest standards of instruction, guest service, and professionalism. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist the Head Racquets Professional in delivering tennis lessons, clinics, and group programming; support racquet sports growth; manage racquet stringing, and equipment maintenance.

Provide a welcoming, high‑level guest experience including facility orientation, program explanation, equipment and towel service, and accurate entry of guest information into the reservation system.

Maintain the tennis facilities, including court setup and breakdown, cleaning, organizing area, and keeping supplies fully stocked.
•
Answer phones and manage reservations to Four Seasons standards, while professionally assisting guests with resort and local information.
•
Maintain strong knowledge of programs and court availability, anticipate guest needs, recognize returning guests, and provide personalized service.
