Role Overview As Test Manager, you will lead a team of testing and QA professionals, from Testers to Associate Test Managers, ensuring the highest quality standards across 2K's games and products. You will oversee test processes, implement quality strategies, and ensure adequate staffing across assigned projects. This role is full-time, onsite in Madrid, reporting to the Director, Test. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and grow a team of testing and QA professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement, including performance reviews and staffing decisions. Establish quality standards, best practices, and ensure compliance with platform holder guidelines (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo). Manage risk, prioritize testing efforts, and ensure timely resolution of issues, including bug tracking and QA reporting. Oversee development milestone sign-off and manage the submission process. Act as the key liaison between QA/Test, Producers, Developers, Compliance, and external departments/studios. Actively participate in recruiting and interviews to grow the team.
