Working within the Test Engineering organization, this role partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, and Engineering teams to standardize test practices, assess production challenges, and implement scalable solutions that improve product quality, test efficiency, and factory performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving alignment and standardization of manufacturing test and repair processes across production sites, ensuring consistency in test execution, data collection, and operational metrics.Partnering with Test Engineers to identify opportunities for improving product test coverage, test efficiency, yield performance, and overall manufacturing quality.Leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing test escapes, optimizing cycle time, improving throughput, and enhancing repair effectiveness.Performing technical assessments of manufacturing test processes, equipment utilization, and production challenges, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.Analyzing production test and repair data to identify trends, recurring failure modes, process gaps, and opportunities to improve product reliability and operational performance.Driving development and enhancement of test operations tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and KPI tracking mechanisms to improve visibility and decision-making.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement new test technologies, automation capabilities, and best practices.Facilitating communication between Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management teams to ensure timely resolution of production test issues.Providing regular status updates, technical assessments, risk evaluations, and improvement recommendations to leadership.Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring manufacturing test readiness, operational scalability, and alignment with established test methodologies.What You’ll BringAssociate degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, Busine...
