This role oversees the Finance and Accounting function, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, and reporting, and leads the development of a high-performing, insight-driven finance organization that enables data-informed decisions.As Vice President, Finance, your essential job functions will include the following:Strategic & Operational LeadershipServe as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing financial leadership and insight to drive business strategy and execution.Partner with the President and executive team on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvement efforts.Translate strategy into actionable financial plans, metrics, and accountabilities.Financial Planning & AnalysisDevelop and institutionalize KPIs and business metrics that provide forward-looking insights.Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.Lead business-unit budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.Accounting, Controls & GovernanceProvide executive oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls through direct leadership of the Controller.Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting in...
