Vice President, GTM Operations

At CreatorIQ, our go-to-market engine runs on the systems, data, and operating rhythm behind it, and we are looking for a leader to own that backbone end to end. As Vice President of GTM Operations, reporting directly to our President & CFO, you will lead the function that powers how our revenue organization plans, executes, and measures performance. You will own GTM insights and analytics, business automation and systems infrastructure, data infrastructure, and GTM data, enablement, sales compensation and planning, and the project management that ties it all together. You will build and lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, and serve as a trusted analytical partner to the executive team and Board.
