This will include hosting tours, tastings and providing retail opportunities for our customers to take home memories of their visit.You will be responsible for hosting tours of the distilleries and provide a range of tasting experiences. You’ll also support the retail side of the visitor centre, selling products and distillery merchandise.What You Can ExpectYou will welcome visitors to the distillery, hosting tours of the production and warehouse areas as well as managing  tasting experiences.You will be able to confidently interact with the visitors and answer all their questions.You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks in the bar areas.What You Bring to the TableYou will have previous customer service experience in the hospitality or retail industry.You will be able to welcome guests in a confident, friendly manner.You have a current drivers licence and vehicleWhat Makes You UniqueYou will have either worked in the whisky industry or have a strong interest in whisky.You will be a self starter and able to manage your time between both locationsYou can thinking creatively about problem solving and the future of the experiencesRequisition Type:EmployeeManagement Level:OperationsGlobal Job Level:T1Number of Openings Available: 1
