Pay Range: $29.43 - $38.25/hr. Job Posting Closing on: Tuesday, August 18, 2026 📅 Workdays & Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm. Field Operations is a 24/7 operation, and weekend and after-hours work may be required. This position is a first responder in severe weather conditions/emergencies which will be subject to work after hours, emergency call back hours, nights, weekends, holidays and will participate in an on-call rotation schedule. This role requires proactive and dependable individuals who can quickly adapt to changing conditions and respond efficiently to urgent situations. The City of Fort Worth Water Department is seeking an experienced and dedicated Water Systems Supervisor to join our Field Operations Division within the Wastewater Collection System.  This division is a critical part of the City’s infrastructure, operating 24/7 and playing an integral role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of Fort Worth's water and wastewater systems. These positions will play a key role in the City’s success by contributing to the continued growth and maintenance of Fort Worth’s critical infrastructure. As a Water Systems Supervisor, you will supervise and manage staff while overseeing operations to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of services related to water distribution and wastewater collection.
